It's a Very Sluggy Thanksgiving
posted by Clay on Tue, Nov 23rd 2004Well, I'm doing it again. I'm doing Sluggy filler this Thursday, Friday, and Sunday! Originally I decided to not kill myself and make them smaller than the last ones, but the story I'm writing asks for...no...demands larger strips. The first one is running at like 8 panels already... sigh. This, of course cuts into my overhaul-the-entire-site-design plans I has this for this week. I hope you guys will like the new ones as much as you seem to have liked the last ones. Now if only I could also do some filler for Mac Hall and Megatokyo...all my dreams will have come true :)
Some of you may have noticed that I added a new panel to this strip. Hampton wanted clarification that the girl passed out and didn't just walk away. So I made the change, and the original "incomplete" comic is gone forever! Such is the miracle of webcomics.

posted by Clay on Thu, Nov 25th 2004With the flood of Sluggites pouring in over the next few days, I want to do my public service and link underappreciated comics! First off is Metro Center. These guys worked with me back at the Cavalier Daily, and good god, they are awesome. I didn't link it before only because their archives weren't updated. but they are now so there you go! They are in the finals for some MTV contest too, so vote for them so they can get $3,000! There's Beaver and Steve, a comic that is just begging for print. And of course, there's Nothing Special, it's got a new colorist and all the same old hilarity.
Uh oh...I think I've broken my linking arm...
Turkey coma
